Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or legal guardian creates the account and may invite a teen (14–18) to a limited teen view. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

ReadyAdult measures real-world readiness, produces a Ready Score with category benchmarks, and generates a plan of missions plus AI coaching. Scores and benchmarks are educational estimates, not certifications or assessments of ability.

Content and AI responses are general educational guidance. They are not financial, legal, medical, mental-health, tax, employment or driving instruction. Always follow local laws and licensed professionals — especially for driving practice, money decisions and health. In an emergency contact local emergency services.

• The Free plan is limited (including fewer active missions and coaching questions).
• Paid plans bill monthly in USD until cancelled, through our payment processor.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

• Don't misuse the AI coach for harmful, illegal or abusive content.
• Don't attempt to access other families' data, probe security or scrape the service.
• Don't resell, reverse engineer or copy the product or content.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.

You keep ownership of what you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. We own the platform, scoring methodology, mission library and site content.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may stop using ReadyAdult and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
