# ReadyAdult — Get your teenager ready for the real world

Canonical page: https://readyadult.com/
Audience: Parents and guardians of teens aged 14–18 in the United States.
Language: en-US

## What ReadyAdult is
ReadyAdult is an AI readiness coach for families. A parent answers a short adaptive
assessment about their teenager, and ReadyAdult returns a 0–100 Ready Score plus scores
for 12 life-skill categories, benchmarked against what is typical for that exact age.
From there it builds a personalized plan of weekly real-world missions and gives the teen
an AI coach that teaches rather than does the task for them.

## How it works
1. Assessment — about six minutes. Questions and expectations change by exact age (14–18).
2. Ready Score — one 0–100 number, plus 12 category scores and age benchmarks.
3. Plan — a 6–12 month roadmap of weekly missions targeting the weakest categories.
4. Practice — teens complete missions, earn XP, levels and badges.
5. Coaching — "Ask ReadyAdult" walks a teen through a real situation step by step.

## The 12 readiness categories
Finance, career, driving, education, cooking, home care, health, documents & admin,
communication, digital safety, transportation, independence.

## Plans
- Free — Ready Score, limited active missions, 3 coaching questions.
- Family — $14.99/month: unlimited missions, AI coaching, progress reports.
- Family Pro — $24.99/month: multiple teens, advanced reports, priority coaching.

## Common questions
**Can I try it before creating an account?** Yes. You can answer the full assessment as a
guest; you only create a free account when you want to save and view the Ready Score.

**Is this a test my teen can fail?** No. The Ready Score is a starting point, not a grade.
It shows which everyday skills to practice next.

**Does my teen get their own login?** Yes — a limited linked view with their missions,
XP and the AI coach. The parent owns the account.

**Is teen data sold?** No. Teen data is never sold or used for ad targeting.

## Limits
ReadyAdult is educational guidance. It is not financial, legal, medical or driving
instruction.
